December’s family film program from South Side Projections is a fun frolic in the snow with films about Kwanzaa, Christmas, and other winter holidays, alongside other winter-themed selections from around the world and across the decades. Take a look back at downtown Chicago’s Christmas celebrations in the 1960s, learn about some of the seven principles of Kwanzaa, experience a mysterious nocturnal winter visitor to a First Nations group in Canada, and more.
