Sing-Along with The Wiz

We’re happy to be partnering again with Black World Cinema and the Studio Movie Grill (formerly ICE Chatham 14) to present a sing-along screening of the beloved 1978 musical The Wiz. It’s an urbanized retelling of L. Frank Baum’s famous The Wizard of Oz with an all-black cast.

But you knew this. For years, you’ve been singing along to the unforgettable soundtrack in the privacy of your home. Now’s your chance to belt it out along with Michael Jackson, Diana Ross, Nipsey Russell, Lena Horne, and a few hundred other people. Feel free to dance if the mood grabs you, and kids who come in costume will receive back-to-school door prizes.
